Our team is skilled in conducting financial investigations and quantifying losses and is able to present complex accounting concepts in a way which is easy to understand, producing reports which are clear and concise. We have acted as expert witnesses on many occasions, providing objective and robust opinion in reports and under cross examination.

We are accustomed to traditional Court procedures, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in its various forms. We adhere strictly to Court timetables and have an in-depth understanding of the current Court regime , including Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules and Part 33 of the Criminal Procedure Rules.
