Derrick has been in public practice for over 40 years with extensive experience of dealing with growing companies.
He is both a Certified and Chartered Acountant and founding Director of the Society of Turnaround Professionals that he helped establish in 2001.
Derrick was a Senior Partner in Levy Gee, the cornerstone accounting firm that formed Numerica plc which floated on AIM in 2001. He was a Non Executive Director of Numerica plc that was subsequently taken over in 2005 by Vantis plc.
He is now a Client Partner in Vantis specialising in advising developing and under performing companies and their stakeholders on operational and financial restructuring and reform and capital raising.
In pursuit of helping overseas companies, Derrick leads a team dedicated to helping UK companies set up in China, and assisting Chinese companies to raise debt, equity capital, make acquisitions and set up in the UK.
He is a non executive director of China Biodiesel International Holdings Co. Ltd. and Natsun Holdings Ltd. which are both listed on AIM.
