David has extensive experience in share and business valuation, after thirteen years with the Revenue Capital Taxes Office and the Shares Valuation Division, and subsequently, senior roles for some of the world’s leading accountancy firms.
He has dealt extensively with both fiscal and commercial valuations, for the purposes of tax and tax planning, litigation, shareholder disputes, fund raising and sales. He has also acted as a single joint expert, and expert witness in court in tax, divorce, criminal and dispute cases.
David has also been extensively involved in presenting seminars for professionals and intermediaries, is the author of two LexisNexis Accounting Digests on Share Valuation, and a contributor to the valuation section of the Chiltern Tax Guide. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and represents the Institute on the Shares Valuation Fiscal Forum. A member of the Academy of Experts and the Expert Witness Institute, he is also a Council Member of the Society of Share and Business Valuers.
