Anthony is a chartered accountant with over ten years experience in the corporate tax field. He advises both large multi-national groups and owner managed businesses on all aspects of their tax affairs, including group re-organisations, company sales and dealing with complex Inland Revenue negotiations.
With clients becoming increasingly focused on cross-border transactions, Anthony has extensive experience of tax efficient group structuring, profit repatriation issues as well as advising on world-wide acquisitions. He has also lectured widely on various aspects of tax.
