Adrian Doble is a hands-on business turnaround adviser and a positive voice in the restructuring market. He joined Numerica (now Vantis) in February 2002 and is responsible for our turnaround business. He represents companies, helping them restructure exposures to their banks, investors and creditor groups. He has worked on turnaround projects in the UK and Europe as a financier and company adviser for 15 years.
Adrian was a senior workout banker from 1993 to 1997 when he joined a pioneering UK turnaround house. For his services to company-side restructurings he was made a Fellow of the Society of Turnaround Professionals. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers. His experience of the relationship between operations, finance and investors is a considerable advantage to clients.

- CRO to Hungarian manufacturing operations and adviser to a major US bus assembly business
- Reviewed a textile woollens manufacturer in Lithuania with 1000 staff
- Led the rescue of a shoe components manufacturer in 8 locations worldwide
- Advised on turnaround of a glassmaker and specialist European lighting business
- Arranged a pre-packaged sale of a call centre with 450 staff
- Managed the rescue and turnaround of a facilities management business with sales of £44m.
- Rescue and turnaround of a fulfilment house (postal and printing works)
- Adviser to a specialist food importer
- Cash management and advice to a listed construction company with major contractual problems
