His specialist areas are international/offshore and corporate tax, buying and selling businesses, mergers and acquisitions/ reconstructions and due diligence. He also provides specialist advice to insolvency practitioners and their clients. Barry is an experienced speaker and presenter.

Wayne has worked in financial services since 1984. He was responsible for the development of national accounts at Legal & General for several years before setting up a successful IFA practice specialising in advice for high net worth individuals. More recently he was a Director at a company providing unique tax planning solutions for clients of larger accountancy practices. Wayne regularly runs seminars on tax planning strategies.
