Recent cases include:

• Appointed by the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to determine the value of a shareholding in a chemical company following a dispute as to its valuation.

• Acting for the managing director of a distribution company in connection with the value to be applied to his shares pursuant to the Articles of Association following his exit from the Company.

• Appointed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants under the President's Appointment Scheme to value the minority shareholding in a diverse IT group held by the managing director of one of the subsidiary companies.

• Valuing a call centre, division of a listed company, so that it could be moved to separate company for diversification purpose.

• Advising a large media company in relation to the value of a minority interest in the company and preparing a valuation for submission to an independent accountant.
