What is "healthcare management"?
Healthcare management, or employee health and behavioural risk management, is the process of identifying and managing all aspects of your business in which health is a factor, in order to ensure you minimise your exposure and manage your arrangements in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. This can be achieved through a number of means, including internal procedures, risk transfer (insurance) or the utilisation of external service providers
