Single Administrative Document Harmonisation Issues

Since the introduction in the New Year of the single administrative document (SAD) harmonisation procedure by HMRC there have been numerous disruptions when sending, or receiving, reports to the Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) computer that records the UK’s international trade movements.  This issue could be resolved at any time but if you would like advice on how to cope with the issue, or further information, please complete the questionnaire below.
