Geoff Wood, Director of PASS Training, once again again providing Vantis' legal contacts with an afternoon event on how to network more effectively in association with Barclays Commercial. Lawyers had the chance to learn and practice techniques to help overcome fear, enter groups, create that powerful first impression, describe what they do succinctly and leave conversations in a positive manner.

Vantis' Networking a Room course

Vantis' Legal Group held its second "Networking a Room" course run by Geoff Wood of PASS Training on 26 May 2009. Jointly run with RBS at their offices in the City, the course was attended by over 90 guests from the London legal profession. The course was specifically tailored to this sector and gave lawyers the chance to enhance their skills and learn techniques of how to network more effectively.

Vantis' Client Feedback workshop

Vantis' Legal Group held its inaugural Client Feedback Workshop run by Nick Richards, Director of Marketing & Business Development, and Tracey Otter, Marketing & Business Development Manager, on 14 May 2009. This workshop explored the mechanics of structuring and implementing a client feedback programme. It also provided guidance on how to handle some of the inevitable sensitivities which could arise.
