Brad has 17 years of VAT experience. 8 of those years were spent with Customs and Excise followed by 9 years with Chiltern plc before joining Vantis.
Brad provides VAT advice from a planning perspective, and on compliance and defensive viewpoints as required on a broad range of VAT issues, including complex property and construction projects and deals, international services and general VAT issues.
Brad has advised in the past on all manner of business transactions including multi-million property disposals and acquisitions, and business arrangements for professional advisers through to FTSE corporate entities.
He has extensive experience of dealing with the charity and not for profit sectors and has provided advice ranging from partial exemption agreements to major property transactions.
