Vantis, the AIM listed accountancy, business and tax advisory firm, has appointed Andrew Cranmer as Associate Partner in the Restructuring Services division.
Andrew specialises in Central and Eastern Europe and has lived and worked in Poland for 11 years, including roles as Finance Director with major companies under going restructuring and major change. Until 2004 he was head of KPMG’s restructuring practice in Poland, which he was responsible for setting up and developing. Prior to this he worked for 10 years for PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, Leeds and Warsaw.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He is fluent in Polish and has extensive experience of debt restructuring, cash management and operational turnaround.
