Vantis, the UK top 13 accounting, tax and business advisory group, is pleased to announce that Gavin Pearson has been promoted to Client Partner in its Forensic Accounting & Dispute Resolution (FADR) division.
Gavin has been with Vantis for six years and had earlier qualified as a chartered accountant with a Top Ten firm. Gavin is also a member of the Expert Witness Institute and a committee member of the ICAEW forensic group.
Gavin regularly acts as an expert witness in both civil and criminal matters, as well as undertaking forensic investigations, and is highly rated by the solicitors and barristers who he has worked with. His work includes contractual, matrimonial and shareholder disputes, fraud investigations, professional negligence claims, criminal defence work and confiscation orders.
He also regularly writes articles and lectures to members of the legal profession on matters relating to forensic accounting and the instruction of expert witnesses.
