Vantis Business Recovery Services (BRS), a division of Vantis, the AIM listed UK accounting, tax and business advisory group, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Ian Sykes as Client Partner, based at its Worthing office. Sykes, a fully qualified Insolvency Practitioner, was previously with Begbies Traynor for more than 5 years.
Sykes’ experience includes handling both corporate and personal insolvency cases, as well as advising on solvent liquidations. His industry expertise ranges from construction and leisure, to healthcare and the automotive sector.
Commenting on his appointment, he said: “I have a great deal of experience working with mid-market businesses in the South East, having previously been based in Brighton, making me a good fit for the Worthing team. It’s never been more important for owner-managers and finance providers to have access to expert recovery advice, and I’m looking forward to helping the Vantis BRS team deliver this service regionally.”
Vantis’ Worthing office is a specialist business recovery and insolvency practice, with three existing BRS client partners.
