The annual UK Giving survey has been published by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). The headline is the 11% fall in the amount donated to UK charities in the year covered by the report.
This news puts even more onus on charities to make sure that their Gift Aid processes in particular are as efficient as possible and maximise potential recoveries.
