Peter Wastell and Michael Young, Client Partners at Vantis Business Recovery Services (BRS), a division of Vantis, the UK accounting, tax and business advisory group, were appointed as joint administrators of Smartfundit.com Limited and Corporate Computer Lease Limited (the Companies) on 26 May 2009.
Smartfundit.com is the online subsidiary of Corporate Computer Lease Limited. Both businesses are specialist technology funding brokers, based in Frimley, Surrey.
The affairs, business and property of both Companies are being managed by the administrators at Vantis BRS, who are seeking to find buyers for the going concerns.
Commenting on the case, Peter Wastell said: “The Companies entered into administration following a lack of working capital. Trading continues and we are working closely with the management team to seek a sale to safeguard the business and its staff.”
