Vantis, the AIM listed UK accounting, tax, business advisory and recovery group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Williamson as Head of Corporate Finance in St Albans and Location Director in Loughton.
Working out of both offices, Andrew will lead the local corporate finance and business advisory function in St Albans, further enhancing the offering that Vantis brings to the entrepreneurs and business leaders in Hertfordshire and the surrounding region. Within Loughton, Andrew will lead the local office and he will be personally involved in the corporate finance and business advisory support that Vantis provides to entrepreneurs.
With 20 years’ professional practice in both the accountancy and commercial sectors, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to both roles in advising management teams, private equity firms and banks. As well as providing broad commercial advice, Andrew will focus on helping entrepreneurs with business disposals, raising finance and business acquisitions, including advising on management buyouts.
