Vantis has announced that Fiona Cross has been recruited to join the Corporate Tax team in the role of Associate Tax Partner. Fiona will operate across the company’s two London offices which are located at Wigmore Street in the West End and St John Street in the City.
Fiona’s specific areas of expertise include international tax issues, corporate re-organisation, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals. Fiona has specialised in corporate tax advisory and compliance matters for over fifteen years, the majority of that time being with top twenty practices. She has a strong technical background and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales, The Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Indirect Tax.
