Vantis, the AIM listed accounting, tax and business advisory group, has announced that David Wilson has joined Vantis as Location Director of their London St John Street, City office.
David specialises in growing corporate and owner-managed businesses, showing entrepreneurial spirit within a variety of sectors. He has also acted for both AIM and fully listed companies. David believes in providing a proactive, director led relationship, in many cases helping his clients achieve both short and long term strategic objectives. David is the principal point of contact with his clients, providing business advice on various matters such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals and succession planning, while introducing and co-ordinating the appropriate expertise as and when required.
