Vantis Restructuring Services, a division of Vantis, the AIM listed UK accounting, tax and business advisory group, has recruited Richard Ramsey, former Head of Proudfoot Consulting’s private equity practice in Europe, as a Client Services Partner.
Richard brings with him a wealth of experience in banking and finance and has focused in recent years on restructuring and operational assignments involving private equity. His previous roles include Investment Director at Duke Street Capital debt management, as well as Head of Acquisition and Leveraged Finance at both Credit Lyonnais and Hill Samuel.
