Affinity Connected Limited, the Hertfordshire based print and design company, entered into administration on 26 March 2009. Peter Hughes-Holland and Frank Wessely, Client Partners at Vantis Business Recovery Services (BRS), a division of Vantis, the UK accounting, tax and business advisory group, were appointed Joint Administrators.
The company recently experienced a downturn in trading conditions due to the current economic climate and has now ceased to trade.
Commenting on the case, Peter Hughes-Holland said: “Following interest from a number of potential purchasers, the business assets were sold to a connected company (by association), TU Ink Limited, on the same day it was placed into administration. The sale of the business has safeguarded all jobs”
