In 2009 there will be the opportunity to remove the option to tax - which was introduced nearly 20 years ago - from certain land and property which could be of benefit to landlords and tenants alike.
This update seminar will explore the main changes to the option to tax and will be an opportunity to put your questions to Vaughn Chown and Jasvinder Gill from Vantis, both of whom are experts in their field.
The event, which is free of charge, will be held at the Vantis offices in Leicester on Thursday 26 February.
Registration will start at 5.30pm. The seminar will begin at 6.00pm and finish at approximately 7.00pm when light refreshments will be served. After the seminar there will also be an opportunity to speak to the Vantis team if you have any issues that you would like to discuss following the presentations.
