Overall Purpose:
To support and assist the location’s marketing effort, emphasis on completing administration for the Regional Marketing Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities:-
Support Regional Marketing Manager to deliver agreed marketing activities
Help organise seminars/events:
- Prepare/distribute invitations (from materials supplied by Group Marketing)
- Book and confirm arrangements with venue (including catering arrangements)
- Liaise with external parties (and joint hosts) if applicable
- Arrange presentation materials/equipment
- Monitor response and arrange follow-up when required
- Co-ordinate attendees registration, name badges and seminar packs
- Obtain and collate feedback
Help organise the Locations ‘Tax Club’ / ‘Business Club’ / ‘Breakfast Briefings’:
- Organise schedule and co-ordinate diaries
- Organise invitations and welcome letters
- Send out reminders of next meetings
- Work with relevant Partner to agree agenda for each meeting
- Prepare delegate packs
- Arrange catering and preparing attendee lists/names badges etc
- Send out materials to non attendees
Undertake general marketing activities:
- Maintain and re-order stocks of brochures (including receptions etc)
- Prepare prospect packs as required
- Administer the production and distribution of press releases (as drafted by Group Marketing) and maintain folder of press coverage
- Amend and reproduce agreed advertisements for publishing in the local press
- Keep up-to-date local content on the website
- Organise and maintain ‘VQ’ (Vantis' quarterly newsletter) distribution list
- Prepare and distribute local mailings agreed with Location Director and Regional Marketing Manager
- Monitor response and co-ordinate follow-up
- Organise distribution of Christmas cards
- Liase with suppliers and deal with incoming sales calls (where appropriate)
Organise collection of data and co-ordinate meetings:
- Prepare sales pipeline report for Location reporting activities to Location Director and Regional Marketing Manager
- Oversee database management and inputting
- Attend monthly marketing meeting at Location (prepare agenda with Regional Marketing Manager)
- Organise internal office events (agree agenda and organise venue)
