Business Review & Advisory Executive (Newly Qualified)
This role will be based in the London West End office for an initial 3 month period, and will then be based in the Worthing office
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To assist Partners in the preparation of Independent Business Reviews (IBR’s), pre-lend reviews and Independent Solvency Reviews (ISR’s)
- Preparation of reports and letters to Banks, stakeholders and other third parties
- Analysis of financial information of clients to enable a concise written synopsis of the clients financial position
- Preparation of short term and long term financial forecasts
- To assist the members of the Business Review team whilst on site with clients in their meetings and dealings with directors and their staff
- Completion of all delegated tasks and formalities in accordance with set deadlines
- Ensuring tasks are completed in a pro-active and cost effective way
- Taking personal responsibility for all allocated tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring of work undertaken to ensure fees are kept at a level agreed with clients
Technical/Development:
- Self development, to enhance technical knowledge and to keep abreast of industry developments / new case law as it arises
- Attend developmental courses and attain professional qualifications.
Other:
- Providing support to Partners, Managers and other staff in the Business Review Team
- Attend internal/external marketing events as required
- Act professionally at all times and adhere to office dress code
- Arrive punctually for work and maintain good time-keeping
- Work overtime as and when required to meet the demands of the job
- To assist with general administrative duties, as necessary, and do all that is reasonably required to maintain the efficient running of the office
