Build a knowledge of ACA and ACCA qualifications:
- Deal with incoming queries by telephone and email
- Liaise with students and training partners
- Book courses for students with tuition colleges (Kaplan and BPP)
- Schedule practical student course dates
- Schedule tutorials with Kaplan
- Book lecturers
Enter information into an in-house Access database and generate reports:-
- Issue student programmes
- Issue joining instructions
Prepare training room and refreshments:-
- Update course materials
- Co-ordinate the photocopying of course materials
- Course follow up - issue appraisals and evaluations directly to firms
New Intake - send info packs, collate returned new student information and make relevant bookings:-
- Check exam results
- Prepare colour coded planners for firms’ use
Request website updates:-
- Request invoices
- Attend meetings
- Book hotel accommodation and arranging expenses
Overseeing SunSystems courses:
- Account management of all SunSystems clients. Building business relationship and meeting with clients
- Follow up on all enquiries, new leads and potential sales
- Selling SunSystems courses through telemarketing and e-marketing to existing clients
- Updating marketing database with clients’ info and delegates’ details
- Maintaining high level of customer services and dealing with clients’ feedback
- Involvement in seminar organisation and website editing
- Co-ordination of bookings with course administrators and trainers.
- Reporting to SunSystems manager
- Cross-selling Pass courses to SunSystems clients
