Accounting & Advisory Senior / Supervisor
Main duties and responsibilities:-
- To begin managing a small portfolio of clients and also run other jobs as allocated on an adhoc basis by partners and associate partners.
This involves the following:
Planning the assignment efficiently to meet budgets and recoverability of fees
Allocating applicable staff resource
Controlling and reviewing work done
Giving feedback to staff and carrying out appraisals
Ensuring complete jobs are passed to partner/associate partner
Interacting with other departments as required e.g. Tax, Company Secretarial, Payroll
Informing clients of progress
- To identify cost savings on jobs and making best use of resources
- To carry out quality control on account and audit files
- To supervise and train allocated teams
- To interact fully with clients as a point of contact by email, phone calls and on-site reviews.

- Take appropriate level of responsibility to ensure clients receive the end product on a timely basis
