Main duties and responsibilities

  • Running and, where appropriate, planning jobs efficiently to meet budgets, identifying cost savings and making best use of resources
  • Reviewing work of juniors and acting as a quality control
  • Supervising and training allocated teams
  • Taking appropriate level of responsibility to ensure the client receives the end product on a timely basis
  • Maintaining and working to improve communications with client and feeds back to manager(s) as appropriate
  • Assisting in spotting cross selling opportunities and feeding back client concerns
