Steve joined Vantis in October 2007 specialising in the tax aspects of corporate finance. He works closely with Vantis Corporate Finance, providing direct tax support to the team.
With over 12 years experience advising companies and shareholders, Steve qualified with Andersen and spent five years working directly for companies and individuals.
He has a wealth of Transaction and Corporate Tax experience, having worked with businesses from start-up to Global 1000, and transactions of all sizes. Steve will provide or co-ordinate advice on all aspects of the transaction as required.
