Vaughn Chown
Vaughn Chown was a senior officer of Customs & Excise where he assisted in the implementation of the VAT cash accounting scheme, before becoming a partner at Levy Gee (now part of the Vantis group). He has advised countless property clients on VAT optimisation, leading to substantial savings. Vaughn lectures on all aspects of VAT to professionals/businesses, in the UK and across Europe. He also writes extensively for Butterworths, CCH Croners and a host of trade magazines. He is an Associate of the Institute of Indirect Taxation and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts
