Terry Baldwin

Terry is the tax client partner at Sidcup, having transferred from our City office in August 2005. He is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser, and has specialised in providing tax planning advice to owner-managed businesses and corporate groups for over 20 years. Terry has been a partner in several Top 20 accounting firms and spent 5 years as head of tax at a FTSE 100 company in the late 1990s. Terry's wide experience includes particular expertise in M&A, corporate reorganisations, property transactions, capital allowances and employee share schemes.
