Stuart's career in financial services spans over 15 years, most of which has been offering Independent Financial Advice to SME Clients on a range of employee benefits arrangements.
His specialisms range from pension scheme advice, pension deficit issues, through to the development of bespoke employee benefit packages for clients to include flexible employee benefits, salary sacrifice and communication arrangements.
Staurt has previously contributed to professional publications on legislative issues and changes within the employee benefits market.
