Stephen Forman

Stephen was a partner of Jayson Newman for over 30 years, acting for corporate and personal clients. He has expertise in consultancy and management issues both for new and existing businesses, including the preparation and evaluation of business plans and projections and involvement in negotiations. As well as dealing with personal and corporate taxation matters for UK resident individuals and companies, he has wide knowledge of tax matters affecting non-resident landlords and extensive experience with charities and trusteeships.
