Ray has been a sales and management lecturer for one of the UK motor manufacturers and followed that with spells as a sales training manager and management trainer in the lighting industry.
He completed an internal MBA programme with THORN EMI (based on INSEAD) in the mid 80’s and conducted a variety of trouble-shooting and coaching assignments in more than 20 countries.
Management ‘due diligence’ (or assessment) projects have recently been carried out for a major motor manufacturer. A project to establish the key competencies for Financial Directors for their Dealerships has also been completed.
