Before joining Vantis, Philip was a director of 3i plc where he was their divestment specialist. As Deputy Managing Director of 3i Corporate Finance Ltd, he completed over 50 M&A transactions. His previous experience includes five years with Andersen Consulting. Philip is a presenter at Cranfield and the BVCA on ‘Exit Management'.
