Paul is a Chartered Accountant with vast business experience who specialises in advising privately owned businesses & multi national entities.
Previously Senior Partner of Wagstaffs Chartered Accountants & Wagstaffs Personal Financial Planning based in Bracknell he merged his practice with the Vantis Thames Valley office in July 2005.
Paul has spent half of his career in industry & commerce in small, medium & large organisations, as a Finance Director & finally MD of a small family run company, as Chief Accountant for Honeywell Control Systems , where he obtained his US experience and as Board Member Finance with British Telecom.
He qualified in 1973 with Morley & Scott having previously served Articles with Eacott Standing ( Stanley A Spofforth & Co ).
Paul is the Council Member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants representing members in the Thames Valley and a Governor and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Bracknell and Wokingham College.
