Nigel is a Chartered Accountant and has the Corporate Finance Qualification granted by Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW.
Nigel heads the Corporate Finance activities in the Core Practice locations of the Vantis Group and is on the Board of Vantis Corporate Finance Limited.
He became a Manager in 1993 and then a Partner in the accountancy firm McBrides in 1998 which subsequently joined Vantis in 2004.
Based at our Sidcup location, Nigel has over 15 years experience in advising owner-managed businesses on business strategy, exit planning and general advisory works from a portfolio of clients.
Nigel has worked on Corporate Finance projects for a number of years, spearheading many successful assignments both in lead advisory and transaction services. Specialising in the negotiation and structuring of disposals, acquisitions and MBO’s in the owner-managed sector.
