Nick is Location Director at Sidcup overseeing the management, marketing and strategy at the office, in addition to undertaking his client partner role.
Nick has extensive experience in advising owner-managed businesses, ranging from sole traders and partnerships to LLPs and limited companies. He specialises in guiding Solicitor's practices through the minefield of the Solicitors' Accounts Rules as well as day to day issues facing law firms such as partnership admissions and retirements, financing and approriate structures.
