Mike is a Certified Fraud Examiner who has specialised in all aspects of investigative insolvency since 1988.
He started his insolvency career with the Special Trade Investigation Unit of HM Revenue & Customs where he was instrumental in introducing policy for pursuit of “phoenix” companies by the Crown.
Mike is particularly active in bringing civil actions arising from bankruptcies and liquidations and has an impressive record of recoveries on behalf of creditors amounting to several millions of pounds. He also has extensive experience in respect of disqualification and criminal proceedings against delinquent company directors.
