Mark has spent the majority of his career with Top 20 firms having qualified with Kidsons Impey (now Baker Tilly) then working for Moore Stephens and now Vantis. He also spent a number of years developing and managing his own accountancy practice, and during that time was finance director of an international software company where he planned and managed their flotation on AIM.
A registered auditor, Mark has considerable experience advising growing companies (private and publicly quoted) and their owner/managers on financial matters. His advisory and transaction support experience includes dealing with business planning, acquisitions, flotations (Full List, AIM, PLUS Markets) and disposals of businesses.
