Kim heads up the HR function at Vantis. She is responsible for HR and Training strategy at Vantis. Kim and her team design and implement HR policies throughout Vantis.
In addition to her generalist HR experience she has specialised in HR due diligence and the integration of newly acquired businesses, including the harmonisation of employment terms and benefits for new offices.
Kim is a Board Trustee and Vice Chair for a local Citizens Advice group comprising 3 bureaux and 3 special projects and has been involved in advising the Board of Trustees, and has worked closely with union representatives to develop HR policies and to negotiate terms and conditions of employment. Kim is also a panel member for Investors in People and has considerable experience of reviewing IIP assessment reports for organisations applying for IIP status.
