Julie Allen

Julie qualified as a chartered accountant in 1983 and became an equity client partner in Morgan, Brown and Spofforth (MBS), a founding firm of Vantis.  Julie focused her client work on business strategy and developing management capability.  As the firm grew both organically and by acquisition, she spent an increasing amount of her time in developing the integration, learning and business development strategy in the business.   At float Julie was appointed as HR Director for the group and her responsibilities include HR and Learning and Development strategy and coaching the senior team.
