Jim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young where he spent four years in their Entrepreneurial Services division. He moved to KPMG Transaction Services undertaking financial and commercial due diligence on a range of public and private transactions. Before joining Vantis Corporate Finance in 2003, Jim worked in Equity Capital Markets at HSBC Investment Bank advising FTSE 350 clients on equity and M&A transactions.
Since joining Vantis Corporate Finance, Jim has completed many M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors, mainly in the Private Equity arena.
