Jeff Ward

Jeff qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 and has specialised in corporate finance since 1980. He has advised clients of varying sizes across a broad spectrum of industry sectors raising finance, co-ordinating flotation and acquisition strategies.

A wealth of experience enables him to combine skills gained in investigations for clients and investing institutions with raising development capital, and advising on buy-outs and flotations in order to optimise value.

Jeff is a member of the Auditing Practices Board’s sub-committee, which produces the Standards for Investment Reporting (SIRs). He was also a member of the ICAEW team, which in September 2003 issued the Guidance for UK Directors in relation to the production of Prospective Financial Information.

Jeff also focuses on the role of the Reporting Accountant on PLUS Markets, AIM and The Official List.

By being closely involved with the development of so many businesses Jeff has the ability and experience to provide strategic advice to owners with ambition to grow their companies.
