Jay graduated from the City University Business School in 1984 after which he spent four years with a small accountancy practice in the City. He joined Levy Gee (now Vantis) in 1989 to specialise in tax and became a tax partner in 1999.
Jay has special responsibility for owner-managed businesses and has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of direct taxation, both personal and business.
Jay also has shared responsibility for the London West End Tax Group, which consists of a number of dedicated tax professionals across the tax spectrum.
