Derrick is a Client Partner in Vantis specialising in advising developing and under performing companies and their stakeholders on operational and financial restructuring, reform and capital raising.
Derrick has been in public practice for over 40 years with extensive experience of dealing with growing companies and providing lender services.
He is both a Certified and Chartered Accountant and founding Director of the Society of Turnaround Professionals (now known as The Institute for Turnaround) which he helped establish in 2001.
Derrick was a Senior Partner in Levy Gee, the cornerstone accounting firm that formed Numerica plc which floated on AIM in 2001.
He was a Director of Numerica plc that was subsequently taken over in 2005 by Vantis plc. He currently is a Non Executive Director of 3 AIM listed companies.
He is well known to a multitude of lenders currently responsible for the Business Review & Advisory team that provides workable solutions to lenders and their clients and customers.
