David joined Vantis in November 2007 and he specialises in growing corporate and owner-managed businesses, showing entrepreneurial spirit within a variety of sectors. He has acted for both AIM and fully listed companies.
David believes in providing a proactive, director led relationship, in many cases helping his clients achieve both short and long term strategic objectives. Through attendance of monthly or quarterly meetings, he is the principal point of contact with his clients, providing business advice on various matters such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals and succession planning, while introducing and co-ordinating the appropriate expertise as and when required. In addition David has completed many business reviews and carried out due diligence work for both acquisitive clients and the leading banks, while assisting many other clients in turnaround scenarios through managed refinancing and restructuring exercises.
