Barry is a Chartered Accountant and holds the ICAEW Advanced Diploma in taxation. He has over 20 years’ experience of providing specialist tax advice to private and professional clients. His specialist areas are international/offshore and corporate tax, buying and selling businesses, mergers and acquisitions/ reconstructions and due diligence. He also provides specialist advice to insolvency practitioners and their clients. Barry is an experienced speaker and presenter.
