Anne-Maree joined Morton Thornton (a Vantis founder member) in 1988. After graduating from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1980 with a degree in Occupational Therapy, Anne-Maree travelled widely and worked within the Health Sector before embarking on an accountancy career. She became an ACA in 1992, and a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1993. Anne-Maree has many years experience advising owner managed businesses on a wide variety of personal, employee and corporate issues. Her particular areas of interest are in exit strategies for owner managers, corporate taxes and reorganisations, share schemes and employee taxes and benefits.
