Andrew joins Vantis as Location Director in Loughton and the Head of Corporate Finance in our St Albans location. Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 with a mid-tier firm. He became a partner in 1999 and looks after a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from UK based owner-managed companies to significant pan-European groups.
He specializes in working with entrepreneurial companies that are looking for strong commercial advice and support. In recent years his work has focused on raising finance and M&A activities relating to owner-managed businesses. Andrew often assists helping owner-manager businesses groom themselves and prepare for a sale or a management-buy-out. He adopts a hands-on approach and works closely with his clients to provide strategic advice and practical support.
Andrew also applies his commercial skills to help struggling businesses to develop and implement turnaround plans.
