Andrew Fotheringham joined Vantis in 2007 and has specialised in Corporate Finance since 1997, covering sales (including grooming for sale), purchases, MBO’s, MBI’s, and Due Diligence.
Andrew is the designated Corporate Finance member of ICEAW. Being one of a small number of practitioners totally focused on Corporate Finance work in Tees Valley, many projects are undertaken with non Vantis clients.
Key relationships are also built up with local accountants who wish to ‘outsource’ their Corporate Finance work.
